All items are ship via SingPost postal services.

 Shipments to Singapore addresses:

• Shipping cost for each item is displayed in the Product Information page.
• For items marked with "Combine shipping discount available", shipping discount is available at a flat rate of S$0.50 for every 2 items (with the same shipping cost). Otherwise, the shipping cost displayed is per each item.
• The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to the total amount upon checkout except for the following shipping discounts & registered mail charges.
• Maximum shipping & handling cost for local shipments is S$2.50, i.e. if the accumulated shipping & handling cost for all your purchases is more than S$2.50, we only charge up to S$2.50 (only applicable to domestic purchases, not applicable to items marked with "not entitled to any shipping discounts").
• Free normal mail shipping for all domestic purchases of S$50 or more (not applicable to items marked with "not entitled to any shipping discounts").
• Items will be sent by normal mail.
• Additional postage of S$2.50 applies for customers whom opt for registered mail (per shipment).

 Shipments to Malaysia addresses:

• Shipping cost is based on parcel weight. Please do not make payment based on the checkout amount. Final amount with actual postage & handling will be informed during order processing.
• Items will be sent via standard air mail (4 - 6 working days).
• Additional postage of S$2.50 applies for customers whom opt for registered mail (per shipment).

 Shipments to other international addresses:

• Shipping and handling is S$6.00 for the first item.
• Combine shipping discount is available at S$1.50 per each additional item.
• Items will be sent via registered air mail (6 - 12 working days).

Items will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment received.

All shipments sent via registered mail are trackable at Registered Article Status Information at SingPost website. However, it may take up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The RA (Registered Article) No. of the parcel will be informed via e-mail after the parcel is registered at SingPost.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returned merchandise due to hygenic reasons. If you feel sensitivities or allergies might be an issue, it is not advisable to make purchase.

We are not liable for any damage and loss of shipments during posting.

Returns and refunds are generally not allowed. Special situations are examined on a case to case basis.

All requests for return & refund must be made within 3 days upon receipt of the item. Item must be returned in original unused condition within 7 days upon receipt of the item.

Refund will be given via the same mode and in the same currency as original payment received.

Shipping and handling fee is strictly non-refundable. All returning postage costs will be borne by the buyer under all circumstances.
